Who receives my rate request?
Rate requests are sent to our Premium Members located in the departure and arrival country of your shipment.
How long does it take to receive a freight quote?
Once our members receive your request they will contact you directly to provide a quotation. Timing is dependant on their country zone and office opening hours.
Once I am happy with a quote, how do I stop receiving more?
You will be sent a confirmation of your request via email. There is a link in this email which, when clicked, will remove your contact details from Freightnet which will stop any new quotes coming through.
Are my contact details displayed publicly on Freightnet?
No, your contact details are only displayed to the relevant Premium members that can service your request.
