Tons of threads about pharmacist malpractice insurance, absolutely zero threads where someone actually used it….
Usually if you make a mistake you are simply fired and seeking litigation is basically a fruitless endeavor.
Even if you did make a horrible mistake that resulted in a death, has anyone actually read over what pharmacist mutual does/does not cover? Has anyone thought they had a case only to find out their case wasn’t eligible to due to one reason or another? I feel like I’d need a lawyer just to go over the fine print of what $147/year actually gets me
Not trying to convince people not to get insurance, I’m just generally curious if anyone has ever successfully filed a claim lol
