1. Delivery
Delivery is made via a courier service utilising the fastest standard freight option. 
This is a tracked service, so we can provide surety of your shipping.  
Rates will be discussed upon time of order as this will vary depending on the scale of the order.
All stocked items will be dispatched within 1-4 business days. (Please Note: Packing/shipping times are shown
as a guide. Please allow extra time for peak seasons including: Christmas/NYE)
We may be able to offer express shipping. Please advise at the time of ordering and we will endeavour to meet
your deadline.

2. Damage in Transit
If, in the unlikely situation that an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.   We will replace
the item upon receipt of the damaged unit.  Notification would need to be received within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Returns
Buy with confidence at Bev-equip with our 30 Day returns policy.
The idea behind our returns policy is to remove your ‘risk’ from buying online. If you are dissatisfied with the
item you have purchased, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling
charges), based on the following conditions.

30 Day Return Policy Conditions

  • Contact Bev-equip within 30 days of receipt of your order to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). A return will not be accepted without a RAN number.
  • The item must be returned in re-sellable condition. This means that the item is unused, in the original packaging, and includes all the original content. If any seals, packaging or other items have been broken or removed in such a way as to prevent the product being resold at the full RRP, then a refund will not be issued. If you are unsure, contact Bev-equip before opening the product to ensure that the item can still be returned.
  • The buyer is responsible for all postage costs, including initial shipping costs, which will not be refunded.
  • The item must be returned via a traceable shipping method with a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
